Virtual University of Pakistan (Islamabad) Tenders: Electronics Lab Items & Network Firewalls — Sept 2026

Issuer: Virtual University of Pakistan — Procurement Department, Directorate of Finance. Tenders are invited through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk. Tender documents are also available on the Virtual University website: https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0; bids submitted by any other mode will not be considered.

Bid security (if applicable) must be in the amount and form specified in the bidding documents, drawn in favor of the Virtual University of Pakistan, and uploaded as a scanned copy on EPADS v2.0. The original bid security plus one hard copy of the sealed bid must be submitted physically to the Virtual University at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids submitted without the prescribed bid security (where required) will be rejected.

Important notes: The complete tendering process will be carried out through EPADS v2.0. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
