Tender: Construction of Blacktop Road (Phase-II) — District Surab

Executive Engineer – Roads, CP W&P&H Department, District Surab invites electronic bids under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules for the following work. Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids are allowed. It is mandatory for all bidders to register on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA before submission. Eligibility requirements follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules (2014): presence on the Active Taxpayers List and registration with the relevant revenue authority, plus meeting the applicable experience/turnover and category requirements as specified in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents, detailed eligibility/qualification criteria, and instructions for e-submission are available for download from the Electronic Public Procurement System (BPPRA). Bidders must provide bid security as specified (bank guarantee / deposit as per documents). Documents should be uploaded through the supplier dashboard; bids will be opened in accordance with the stated procedure in the bidding documents.
