Purpose: Sealed bids through the e-PADs (e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) are invited for supply and works required for upgradation of signal overhead wires converted into underground cable as part of the People’s Train project on the SRB–KKC section.
How to obtain & submit documents: Tender documents are available free of cost via e-PADs (version 2.0) at the opportunity link provided by Pakistan Railways (see table). Bidders must submit bids through the e-PADs platform only. A scanned copy of the bid security (call deposit/ CDR / pay order with the name of firm/agency on the instrument) must be attached to the online submission. Originals of bidding documents and bid security must be submitted to DAO/PR Quetta (Signal Branch) or as specified in the bidding documents. The Railway Administration reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
