Auction Notice: Royalty Collection Contract for Sand, Gravel and General Stone in Pishin & Qila Abdullah (27 July 2026)

Director General, Mines & Minerals, Government of Balochistan (Regional Office Mines & Minerals, Muslim Bagh) invites bids by public auction for royalty collection contracts of minor minerals — sand, gravel and general stone — from specified areas in the province under the Balochistan Mines & Minerals Act 2025.

The auction will be held on 2026-07-27 at the Deputy Commissioner Office, Pishin. A refundable security deposit of 2,500,000 (as stated) payable to the Director General Mines & Minerals, Balochistan must be submitted; deposits must be presented one day prior to the auction. Obtain and submit Form A from the department on payment of the non-refundable auction fee and attach required documents (e.g., CNIC and bank guarantee/deposit as specified). Only original contractors may participate; representatives are not permitted. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the approved bid immediately and a further 25% within 10 days. PRQ No185/15-07-2026.
