Final Notice: Contract Termination and Forfeiture — Blacktop Road Works, District Duki

Executive Engineer-Roads, CW, PP&H Department, District Duki has issued a final notice to M/S Zarif Khan Hussainzai & Brothers (PEC License No. CA/575) concerning the Remaining Cutting/Blasting & Structure Work of the Blacktop Road (Nana Sahib Road–Shobozai via Ponga Salezai) on N-70 D.G. Khan Road. The contract’s estimated cost is Rs. 201.524 million (Reference: PRQ No.166/15-7-2026).

The contractor is directed to resume work and mobilize resources within 7 days of the notice. Failure to comply will result in termination of the contract, forfeiture of the security deposit to the Government of Balochistan, and initiation of recovery for penalties and liquidated damages as per the contract and applicable law.
