Land Acquisition Notice for Sewerage System in Bhag Town, District Kachhi

The Commissioner, Naseerabad Division and Collector Mumtaz Ali Khetran have issued a land acquisition notice under Sections 6–9 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 for lands in Mouza Hamid Basti, Tehsil Bhag, District Kachhi. The acquisition (PSDP No.5655) is for the Construction of Sewerage System for Bhag Town and covers Khasra Nos. 1/3, 6/1, 7, 8, 10 and 11.

Owners of the listed land are directed to appear before the Collector in person or through a representative within 15 days from the date of issuance to submit any objections; failure to appear will be taken as willingness to give the land to the relevant department. The notice cites Notification dated 11 May 2026 and is issued under Section 9 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
