LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad Tender Notice — Rehabilitation Works (CSR) 2024/2026

Issuing Authority: Office of the Left Bank Outfall Drain (LBOD), Shaheed Benazirabad, Government of Sindh. Invitation for bids for rehabilitation/works under CSR/SBD/EPADS (Civil works) as advertised under applicable Sindh procurement regulations.

Scope & Purpose: Procurement of civil works under the CSR 2024 program (single package mentioned). Detailed scope and package documentation are available in the tender documents and on the e-procurement portal.

Eligibility & Requirements: Registered firms/contractors must be registered with PEC as applicable, must appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Tender/EPADS instructions. Bidders must follow the two-envelope procedure (technical and financial proposals). Required documentation includes valid PEC registration, tax documentation (ATL), CNIC of authorized representative for bid submission/opening, and any other documents specified in the bidding documents.

Submission & Opening: Technical and Financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS/e-procurement mechanism. Deadline for submission of proposals is 2026-09-18 at 11:00 AM; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. Late proposals will not be accepted. Tender documents are available from the e-procurement portal and the issuing office as specified in the bidding documents.
