Supernet Technologies Limited Announces Rights Issue of 191,476,554 Ordinary Shares

Supernet Technologies Limited has announced a rights issue of 191,476,554 ordinary right shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share. The issue price is Rs. 10 per share; shares will be issued to shareholders who pay the subscription amount. The rights are offered at a ratio of 85 rights for every 100 existing shares and will rank pari passu with the company’s existing ordinary shares.

Eligibility/book-closure dates and the final offer letter will be issued in due course after finalisation of the offer document under the Companies (Issue of Further Shares) Regulations, 2020. Notice signed by Company Secretary Muhammad Farhan Saeed on 15 July 2026.
