MES / CMES (PAF) Samungli Tender — Furniture & Facilities Packages (Closing 2026-09-07)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of CMES (PAF) Samungli). Sealed tenders are invited under PPRA rules for multiple supply/works packages for PAF locations.

Submission and opening:

- Submit sealed tenders to the accepting officer by 11:30 Hrs on 07 Sep 2026. Tenders will be opened at 12:00 Hrs on the same day.

Key eligibility & conditions:

- Applicants must submit an application for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials as required (see serial 9 in the notice).

- Tender documents will be issued only to firms with sufficient relevant experience and meeting special conditions for the job/area.

- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any Government department and that no adverse report from Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

- Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC); a copy of PEC registration must be submitted. Contractors not registered with PEC are not eligible.

- Contractors must be on the approved list of MES in categories A, B, C or D and have experience of this type of work.

- Contractors may attend the tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender (per PPRA rules).
