WAPDA RFQ — Water Supply Scheme, Seo Village & Adjoining Area (Dasu, Kohistan Upper)

Issuer: Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Dasu Hydropower Project.

WAPDA invites Request for Quotations (RFQ) under World Bank Shopping Procedure (World Bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers, September 2023) for the Water Supply Scheme, Seo Village and Adjoining Area, Kohistan Upper.

Eligibility: Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C or above, registered with Income Tax and Provincial Sales Tax departments, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

RFQ documents (English) are available free from the office of General Manager / Project Director, Dasu Hydropower Project, WAPDA, Chuchang Colony, Dasu District Kohistan (Upper), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, between 09:00 and 16:00 hours, or can be downloaded from the project website (www.dasuhpp.com).

Submission: Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked "Request for Quotation - Water Supply Scheme, Seo Village and Adjoining Area, Kohistan Upper" and accompanied by the required bid security.

Deadline: Delivery to the address below by 2026-09-22 up to 12:00 hours. Quotations will be opened at 12:30 hours on 2026-09-22 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
