Submission method: Bids must be submitted online through the POF e-Bidding portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk). A separately sealed hard copy must also reach the Bid Center adjacent to Ratta Hall.
Deadline: Bids must reach the Bid Center on or before 24-09-2026 (not later than closing time shown in bid documents). Technical envelopes will be opened at the stated time on the same date.
