Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites online e-bids from reputable, financially sound firms and nurseries with relevant work experience and valid tax registration for procurement of plants on annual framework contract rates for FY 2026-27. Bids are invited through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with PPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure).
Eligibility & submission: Registered firms/nurseries with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales/Provincial Tax (where applicable). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must deposit the specified bid security (earnest money) for each lot. Late or hard-copy bids will not be accepted.
