Tender Notice — District Council Toba Tek Singh Invites E-Bids for Multiple Road Works

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Toba Tek Singh (Procurement Office / Chief Officer).

Purpose: Invitation of bids/tenders for multiple road rehabilitation and construction schemes in District Toba Tek Singh via the Punjab e-Procurement (E-Bidding) System under applicable PPRA and L&W rules.

Eligibility and key requirements:

• Participating contractors/firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category.
• Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement (E-Bidding) System as per PPRA/Punjab rules.
• Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost (as specified for each scheme) must be provided in the prescribed form (e.g., CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of District Council Toba Tek Singh.
