Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids (Single Stage One Envelope Procedure) through PPRA e-procurement system EPADS v2.0. Eligible firms registered with PEC and appearing on active taxpayer lists (FBR/SRB) may participate. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0; manual/physical bids will not be accepted.
