Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology, Faisalabad invites electronic bids (Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS) for the purchase of multiple items for the financial year through Single Stage Two-Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014. Eligible, reputable firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR may submit bids.

- Bids must be submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement (e-PADS) by the specified date and time for each tender.
- 1% bid security of the estimated amount in favour of Faisalabad Institute of Cardiology must be submitted electronically against the PSID generated through the e-procurement system.
- Procurement will be governed by the PPRA Rules 2014 (as amended). The purchaser reserves the right to reject all bids as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
