| Assistant Vice President (AVP) — HR & Branding | Master's degree in HRM or MBA (HR) from HEC-recognized institution (16 years of education). Additional HR certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive HR experience in public or private sector organizations covering HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, compensation & rewards, industrial relations and HR operations. | Up to 45 years (by closing date) | Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives; advise leadership on workforce planning and organization design; lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and performance management; implement HR policies compliant with labor law; strengthen HR systems and digital solutions; manage industrial relations, HR metrics, manpower planning and budgets. |
