| Minimum Qualification | B.Sc. Engineering and registered with the Council as a "Professional Engineer"; required computer literacy. |
| Experience | Minimum 22 years' relevant experience in BPS-17 or equivalent, including at least 5 years in an independent managerial position equivalent to BPS-20. Experience in office management and dealing with government, national/multinational, public/private sector organizations is essential. Exposure to legal processes, regulatory bodies, and senior-level decision-making preferred. |
| Age Limit | Up to 57 years (age limit to be calculated as per closing date of advertisement). |
| Tenure | Three-year tenure, extendable with approval of Chairman PEC based on satisfactory performance and recommendation of the Selection Board. |
