PITB Invitation to Bid — Janitorial & Housekeeping Services for Citizen Facilitation Centers (Framework EGOV-11)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for provisioning of janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under Framework Contract EGOV-11.

Key instructions and eligibility: Technical and Financial separate bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP). Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other documents mentioned in the Tender Document must accompany bids. Incomplete, unsigned or late submissions will not be considered.

Tender documents are available for free download at PITB and PPRA websites: www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must upload bids on the e-Procurement portal well ahead of the deadline; PITB is not responsible for portal issues.

Submission & opening: Bids to be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Submission deadline: 11 September 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened on 11 September 2026 at 11:30 hours.

Registration & queries: For electronic bid submission bidders are requested to register on the Punjab E-Procurement System. For registration queries contact the e-procurement help / PITB at 1248.

Procurement rules: Procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. PITB may reject any or all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
