Invitation to Bid: Supply of Tyres for Punjab Rings Roads Authority Vehicles (IFB/TENDER NO. PRRA/ADMIN/2026/TYRES)

Punjab Rings Roads Authority (PRRA) invites sealed bids on a package-wise basis from reputable firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (active taxpayer profile) for the supply of tyres for PRRA official vehicles. Bids will be processed under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

- Bidders must submit the required Bid Security as described in the bidding documents.

- Sealed bids must be prepared in conformity with the bidding documents and submitted through the E-Procurement portal (http://www.e.punjab.gov.pk) to the office of the Deputy Director (A&C), Punjab Rings Roads Authority.

- Closing (submission) deadline: 2026-09-08 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

- PRRA will not be responsible for courier/postal delays. The management reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel the procurement process as per applicable rules.
