PITB Invitation to Bid – Janitorial & Housekeeping Services for Citizen Facilitation Centers (Framework Contract)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the provisioning of janitorial and housekeeping services for Citizen Facilitation Centers across Punjab under a framework contract (GOV-11).

Key instructions and requirements:

- Procurement will be completed in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, on a Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

- Tender documents are available for download free of cost from PITB and PPRA Punjab websites: https://www.pitb.gov.pk and https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Technical and Financial bids must be submitted online, duly completed, signed, stamped and in complete conformity with tender documents via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Portal) at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 hours on 2026-09-11. Financial bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same date.

- Bidders are advised to ensure uploading of their bids on the e-Portal well before the submission deadline; bid submission on e-Portal is the sole responsibility of the bidder. PITB will not be responsible for any issues in accessing the e-Portal. For any assistance regarding the e-Portal, bidders should contact the Punjab E-Procurement helpdesk at the registration number provided on the portal.

- Bids not conforming to the specified requirements, incomplete, unsigned, stamped late, or submitted by other than the specified mode will be considered non-responsive.

- Income/taxes registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the tender document must accompany the bids.
