Tender: Construction of Black-top Road from Reco to Gardak, Buleda Town (Kech) — bids by 2026-09-24

Issuer: Project Director, Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (Project Director, Improvement & Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town P118/1). Purpose: Execution of civil works for Year 2020 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on percentage rates.

Tender fee: 2,000. Procurement rules: Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Submission method: Only electronic bids will be submitted; no physical bids are required. Bids to be submitted electronically via supplier dashboard on the ePPS system.

Eligibility: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidder must have completed at least 2 assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity (turnover shown in previous years as specified in bidding document). Bidder must have an established office in Pakistan. Bidders already working with Government of Balochistan must submit Performance Certificate issued by concerned authority.

Procedure of procurement: Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security: 2% of the bid in the form of Bank Guarantee / Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in favour of the undersigned.
