Regional Blood Centre (RBC) Abbottabad invites online applications from candidates domiciled in Hazara Division for phlebotomist positions. Applications must be submitted through ETEA online system with prescribed deposit slip and supporting documents.

Key conditions and selection: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in ETEA screening test; final scrutiny will be by the appointing authority and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified. Applicants must possess domicile of Hazara Division. Relaxation in age as per prevailing government rules. Government/ semi-government/ autonomous employees should apply through proper channel. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The appointing authority reserves the right to increase, decrease or cancel posts.
Test weightage: Written/Test (ETEA) 70 marks; Interview 10 marks; Total 100 marks. Minimum pass marks in ETEA screening test are forty (40).
How to apply: First visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply online. After submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code and candidate information) will be generated. Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee through EasyPaisa, Jazz Cash App, UBL bank branch, or UBL Omni Agent. Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) stamped by the bank. Print the generated deposit slip and the online application form for record. Follow instructions on ETEA website for test roll no. slip, test date, time and venue.
