Manager Security	1	Up to 55 years	Bachelor's degree (preference to 1st division). Retired officer at minimum rank of Major or equivalent (Armed Forces / Police). Minimum 3 years as Security In-charge in a leading organization. Knowledge of security management, risk evaluation, SOPs and incident prevention.	Initial contract 3 years (extendable). Salary: Negotiable.
Registered Nurse (IPS-04)	40 (including ICU seats)	Up to 40 years	Three-year General Nursing diploma + one-year Midwifery or postgraduate specialty; OR Post-RN BSc Nursing (2 years); OR Bachelor (Generic) BSc Nursing from PNC-approved institute + one-year post-internship certificate. Registration with Pakistan Nursing Council with valid license. Computer & English literate. Preference for ICU experience (10 positions).	Initial contract 6 months (extendable). Salary: Negotiable.
Midwives	8	Up to 40 years	Diploma in Midwifery from a recognized institution with valid registration (PMNC). Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in midwifery/obstetric care; preference to reputable institutions. Preference may be given to candidates with BSN where applicable.	Initial contract 6 months (extendable). Salary: Negotiable.
Security Guard (Female) (IPS-01)	4	Up to 40 years	SSC (preferably 1st division). Relevant experience preferred. General requirements: minimum height 5 ft (female); eyesight 6/12 correctable to 6/6. Physical test: 1.6 km walk in 15 minutes; retired personnel max age 45.	1-year contract (extendable). Candidates must pass initial physical test to proceed.
Janitors (IPS-01)	63	Not specified	Illiterate preferred literate (primary education desirable). Valid registration card from Employment Exchange required.	1-year contract (extendable).

General Notes: All positions are contractual and KP MTI Act 2015, MTI rules and regulations shall apply.
