| Assistant Vice President (AVP) – HR & Branding | Master's in HRM or MBA (HR) from HEC-recognized institution (16 years). Additional HR certifications preferred. | Minimum 12 years post-qualification progressive HR experience in public or private sector with expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation & rewards, industrial relations, HR operations and separation schemes. | Maximum up to 45 years by closing date | Develop and execute HR strategy; advise senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational design; lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, promotions and rewards; implement HR policies, digital HR systems, maintain employee relations and manage manpower planning and budgets. |
