Tender: Construction of Blacktop Road from Reco to Gardak, Buleda Town (Phase I & II)

Issuer: Project Director, Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (PI & II).

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for construction of a blacktop road from Reco to Gardak in Buleda Town (Phase I & II) for the year 2026 under Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on percentage rates.

Eligibility and conditions (as stated):

• Procurements under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014.
• Presence in Active Tax Payer List.
• Bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
• Bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature of work.
• Minimum turnover of PKR 980,319,200 in the three immediately preceding years to demonstrate financial capacity.
• Bidder must provide performance certificate if already working with Government of Balochistan (GOB).

Procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope bidding. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security.
