| General Manager | Manage and supervise day-to-day administrative operations; ensure implementation of policies and decisions approved by the Management Committee; supervise departmental performance; maintain quality of security, sanitation, horticulture, water supply, sewerage, street lighting and community services. | Minimum master’s degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or Engineering. | Minimum 7–10 years administrative or managerial experience. |
| Civil Supervisor | Supervise roads, streets, drains, sewerage systems, water-supply lines, buildings, parks and other civil works; ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications and BOQs; supervise contractors and labour on a daily basis. | Minimum Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil. | Minimum 3–5 years relevant civil construction or infrastructure experience; experience in housing societies, building construction, roads, sewerage and water-supply projects preferred. |
