ISMO Invitation for e-Bids — Legal Advisory & Office Consumables Procurements (Ref. 7/2026-27, 8/2026-27)

Issuer: Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO), ISMO Building, Sector H/1, Islamabad. ISMO invites electronic bids via PPRA’s e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the provision of goods and consultancy services under the listed activity references.

How to apply: Interested bidders must be registered suppliers and may register themselves electronically on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, procurement procedure, submission method, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening of bids and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS and ISMO website: https://www.ismo.gov.pk/ and on PPRA website: http://www.ppra.org.pk/.

Submission & opening: Bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 2026-09-29 at 1100 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the committee room, ISMO Building, Sector H/1, Islamabad. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
