Key instructions: Tender process will follow PPRA Rules-2014 (as amended) and Punjab E-Procurement System regulations under Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. Interested registered bidders should use the Punjab e-Procurement portal to download e-bidding documents and detailed specifications. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable government taxes. In case the published opening date is a public holiday, the next working day will be the opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement as per applicable PPRA rules.
