Open Tender 01/26-27 — Supply of Servo Motors (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputable manufacturers and stockists registered with the Sales Tax Department, having their own office with telephone and fax, for supply of Servo Motors on FOR basis.

Submission and bid conditions (selected):

• Tender fee must be submitted by bank draft in the name of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1637, Islamabad; cash not accepted.
• Each tender must include 2% earnest money in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer; tenders without 2% will be rejected.
• Tender documents will not be issued to firms who have failed to supply stores against previous orders.
• Onus of postal delays rests with the tenderer; envelope should be superscribed with Tender number and Due Date.
• Tenders received after the date/time of opening will not be entertained.
• Tender validity must be 60 days from date of opening.
• Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected.
• The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations.
• Tender documents can be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft through dak; original bank draft must reach office on or before last date to issue tender documents.
