Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed tenders from registered firms/authorized dealers (with NTN, Sales Tax registration and vendor number) for supply of office stationery, papers, toners of photostat machines and computer printers, miscellaneous items, machinery, computer equipment, software, furniture/fixtures and related items for Financial Year 2026-27.

Tender reference: F.No. 7/1/2026-27 (G&P). Tender documents are available for a fee of Rs.5,000 from the office of the Section Officer (General) until 31-Aug-2026 (close of office hours). Tenders may also be downloaded from the Ministry website (www.interior.gov.pk) and PPRA e-procurement portal (EPADS).

Key submission and eligibility requirements (excerpt):

• Firms registration certificate, National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration Certificate, Vendor Number, Bank Account No/IBAN must accompany tender documents.
• Only typed quotations accepted; white fluid/overwriting not allowed.
• Financial and Technical Proposals: for certain packages a single-stage two-envelope procedure is required — clearly mark envelopes as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL".
• Rates must be quoted for original/genuine brands valid to 30-Jun-2027; sub-standard items not acceptable.
• Suppliers to furnish an affidavit on stamp paper (Rs.100) confirming firm is not blacklisted and has no dispute with any government organization.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender, fully or partially, with justifications.
