Pakistan Railways Headquarters Lahore — Invitation to Bid via ePADS for Spare Parts

Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office Lahore (Chief Controller of Purchase) invites e-bids through the ePADS v2.0 procurement portal for the supply of various spare parts and kits. Procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules and Single Stage One/Two Envelopes Procedure. Eligible suppliers must be registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and be Active Taxpayers as per Federal Board of Revenue requirements. Bids must be submitted on the ePADS portal; registration and detailed bidding documents (including bid security requirements, submission instructions and specifications) are available on ePADS and the procuring agency's website.
