Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope e-Procurement (e-PADS 2.0) for multiple street-lighting and electrical installation contract packages in Karachi. Firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and field and comply with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Sales Tax and other applicable requirements.
Bidding documents are available online at the official e-procurement portal and must be submitted online via e-PADS. Bid security amounts and estimated costs are specified per package below. Bids will be submitted and opened on the dates shown. Eligibility & Instructions: Bidders must be registered with PEC in the specified category and field, meet tax and statutory requirements, and provide the bid security as specified per package. PIDCL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per prevailing rules.
