National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) invites applications for the position of Unit Head – Cash Management Sales (AVP). The role supports cash management business development, client coverage and revenue generation within NBP’s Corporate and Investment Banking area.

Reporting To Wing Head – Cash Management
Educational / Professional Qualification Minimum graduation from an HEC-recognized university/college/institute. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications will be preferred.
Experience Minimum 6 years in the banking industry, including at least 4 years in Relationship Management and/or Cash Management services.
Key Skills Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Main Responsibilities
  • Assist Wing Head CMD to implement business strategy and achieve sales/business targets for cash management.
  • Client origination, coverage and acquisition; identify sales and cross-sell opportunities with existing NBP clients.
  • Coordinate with internal partners for product development, delivery and customer relationship management.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and drive sales pipeline conversion and deal implementation.
  • Support development and implementation of sales & marketing strategies and structure of Cash Management teams.
  • Contribute to revenue generation, strategic pricing proposals, product/innovation processes and achievement of KPIs (including fee-based income, cross-selling and trade-related services).
  • Monitor risk, ensure adherence to bank policies/procedures, prepare periodic performance reports and take corrective actions as required.
Place of Posting Faisalabad; Karachi
Employment Type Contractual for three years (may be renewed at management discretion); selected candidates will be offered compensation and benefits as per Bank policy.
