Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) – a public sector utility under the Ministry of Energy. PESCO invites applications for senior management positions on a contractual basis. All positions will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Initial contract term is three years.

Position	Posts	Key Qualifications & Experience	Age Limit
Chief Financial Officer	1	Member of an organized body of professional accountants. Minimum 15 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position. Broad knowledge and experience of finance, investments and treasury operations, financial management, strategic planning, risk management and analytical skills. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues of the electric power sector is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.	Upper age limit of 57 years
Chief Legal Officer	1	LL.B., LL.M. or Barrister-at-Law. Minimum 15 years post-qualification relevant experience with at least 3 years in a senior management position. Licensed advocate of the High Court; required permissions to act/plead as applicable. Strong background in corporate, advisory, commercial law and dispute resolution; experience related to the power sector preferred. Thorough knowledge of electricity laws, regulatory framework and public utilities; experience working with government and regulatory authorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.	Upper age limit of 57 years

Other important instructions and conditions:

Candidates must be Pakistani citizens and must comply with the Fit and Proper Criteria as outlined in the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023.
Applicants with public sector experience should clearly indicate grade/scale and nature of their appointment; equivalent private sector experience will be considered as specified in the criteria.
Applications must include a detailed CV, attested copies of academic degrees and professional certificates, CNIC, experience certificates, and passport-size photographs. Original documents may be required at later stages.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews; PESCO reserves the right to withhold/accept any application or to cancel the recruitment process.
