Issuer: Sindh Building Control Authority (Public Sale Advertisement & Complaints Section).
Project: J.B Tower (Plot No. 02, Premises 2-4 & 2/5), Railway Quarters, District South — Karachi.
Purpose: Informing the public and government departments that an NOC for sale & advertisement for flats, offices and shops was earlier issued (vide No. BOGA/DOCHIA&C)200Adv-201/2022 dated 29-12-2022). A General Power of Attorney-holder and co-owner has now applied for issuance/re-issuance of NOC for sale & advertisement together with a proposed change of the building name from "J.B Tower" to a new trade centre name as stated in the application.
Action requested: Any person, pensioner, allottee or any government or private department/agency having objections to the issuance of the revised NOC or the proposed name change must submit their objection within 15 days from the publication date of this notice. No objections will be entertained after the expiry of the specified period.
