Elite Police Training Centre (EPTC), Nowshera invites sealed proposals to prequalify firms/suppliers and conclude an Open Framework Agreement for procurement titled “Supply of Raw Ration and Miscellaneous Food Items for the mess of Elite Police Training Centre (EPTC), Nowshera” for the Financial Year 2026-27.
Procurement will be carried out under EPPRA Rule 3LA (Framework Contract) with call-off contracts to be awarded to successful framework suppliers after the prequalification process. Only prequalified applicants will be entitled to participate in the next phase; an Open Framework Agreement will then be signed with successful bidders for a specified period.
