Auction Notice — Minor Minerals Lease, District Mardan

District Auction Committee, District Mardan invites applications from registered Minor Minerals contractors for participation in auction and grant of minor-minerals leases in District Mardan under Section 78(3) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act, 2017.

Key actions & requirements:

- Eligible applicants: only persons or firms registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (registered Minor Minerals contractors).

- Application form fee: PKR 10,200 (non-refundable).

- Application submission: completed application form together with required documents (copy of CNIC, income tax registration/certificate (NTN), partnership deed or articles of association where applicable, evidence of paid-up capital if applicant is a company/firm) and proof of call deposit must be submitted by the last date.

- Call deposit: amounts shown in the table must be submitted as earnest money. Call deposit shall be deposited in the designated bank account (as notified in the auction notice).

- Bid security: successful bidder shall deposit 1/4th of the total bid money as security within three days of the date of auction; the rest of the bid money shall be deposited within the timeframe specified in the allotment letter.

- Auction date & time: scheduled before the Commissioner Mardan on 2026-09-21 at 02:00 PM. In case of non-auction on that date for any reason, the next date of auction is 2026-09-22 at 02:00 PM.

- Last date for submission of application: 2026-09-15.

- Other terms: successful bidder must pay applicable taxes, excise duties and comply with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act, 2017 and amendments. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reason.
