TMA Mardan E-Auction of Municipal Revenue Contracts for 2026–27

Tehsil Municipal Administration Mardan invites participation in an e-auction for municipal revenue collection contracts for the financial year 2026–27. The auction will take place from 23 to 25 June 2026, Tuesday to Thursday, with bidding closing at 4:00 p.m. through the Local Government Department portal at cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk.

The slaughterhouse-related contract arrangements include a 5% annual increase and a 45% advance payment requirement for 2026–27.

Prospective bidders must arrange the required security deposit through a bank and submit the relevant bank instrument to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Mardan, before participating in online bidding. The successful bidder must provide the original bank instrument relating to the security deposit.

After online bidding closes, the successful bidder must submit a 5% call deposit and an additional 15% payment in accordance with the auction conditions. The successful bidder must also complete the agreement with TMA Mardan within seven days.

The auction and award of contracts are subject to the provincial government's directions for 2026–27, including Local Council Board letter No. AOII/LCB/6-11/2026 dated 7 May 2026. Approval of the successful bid is also governed by letter No. AOII/LCB/6-11/2026/DSO.Meeting dated 21 January 2026 and the authority of the competent municipal officials.

The successful contractor is responsible for applicable government taxes, including income tax and any additional taxes imposed by the government.

The signboard contract is subject to the Peshawar High Court order dated 2 March 2026 and the conditions concerning signboards, electronic boards and LED displays on electricity poles. The notice also sets a collection rate of PKR 120 per square foot for the relevant advertising installations.
