REDAMCO Tender: Exclusive Selling Rights for Tetra Pack Milk, Yogurt & Tea/Coffee at Pakistan Railway Network

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State Owned Enterprise), invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights at Pakistan Railway Network.

Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, can be obtained from REDAMCO's corporate office during working hours or downloaded from www.redamco.com. Sealed bids for each product must include technical and financial proposals and be accompanied by the required bid security and a bid processing instrument (Bank Draft/Pay Order/Call Deposit Receipt) in favour of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.

Key deadlines and procedures:

- Submission deadline: On or before 2026-09-15 at 02:30 PM.

- Bid opening: 2026-09-15 at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders/authorized representatives.

- Incomplete or conditional bids, and bids without the specified bid security, will be rejected. REDAMCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Bidding will follow Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
