How to Apply
RFP document is available for interested consultancy firms and JVs on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. Electronic proposals must be uploaded through EPADS and hard copies submitted on or before 1100 hours of May 13, 2026.

Notes
Method of Selection will be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) (80:20) following Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. In case of any discrepancy between the RFP document used by the Proposer and the Procuring Agency's official RFP uploaded on website, the Procuring Agency's official RFP shall prevail. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS.
