Firms registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of FBR, for provisioning connectivity services across Pakistan for 3 years under open framework agreements.

How to Apply
Submit a written request on company letterhead to Head of Department (NADRA Procurement) at the given address from 09:30 AM to 14:30 PM (Monday to Friday) to purchase pre-qualification documents for Rs. 2000/- (via Bank HBL Account # 0004600051009601). Documents are also available free on www.tenders.nadra.gov.pk. Outstation bidders pay Rs. 500/- for courier. Proposals must be submitted to the same address by 11:00 AM on May 4, 2026.
