Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique will be used as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All bids must include a Bid Security. E-Bidding documents are available on EPADS at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified as per Rules 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and notification is available on the procuring agency's website and www.ppra.org.pk.
