Tender for Running of GIK Cafeteria on Rental Basis (Tender No. GIKIPDIFCD-1141/26)

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids for the hiring/outsourcing and running of the GIK cafeteria on a rental basis under a Framework Agreement at GIK Institute, Topi, Swabi.

Bids are invited under the Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure from firms with a minimum of five years' relevant experience in operating cafeterias/canteens at large educational institutions. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax (GST), the relevant Provincial Revenue Authority and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Tender documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIK Admin Block, Room F-09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and refundable earnest money of Rs. 100,000 must accompany sealed bids. Submit bids by 15:00 on 2026-08-03; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day. Site visits are scheduled for July 22–23, 2026 (09:00–17:00).
