Issuer: Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan. The SIFC invites sealed bids/proposals from reputable contractors/suppliers/firms/workshops registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax departments and having their own workshops/stocks/manpower/expertise in Rawalpindi/Islamabad for pre-qualification for procurements, works and services during Financial Year 2026-2027.

Eligibility & Documents: Interested parties must be registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax departments, have NTN, GST, Vendor Number and an Active Taxpayer Certificate (as per FBR). Firms should have their own workshops/stocks/manpower/expertise in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents can be obtained in hard form from the Special Investment Facilitation Council, Prime Minister’s Office.
Submission & Opening:
- Bid submission deadline: Up to 1100 hours on 2026-09-07.
- Bid opening: 1130 hours on 2026-09-07 at Prime Minister’s Office, 2nd Floor, Room 234-B, Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).
- Interested parties may submit required certificates and documents in hand on or before 2026-09-07 at 1100; bids will be opened in presence of contractors/suppliers/vendors.
