Applications are invited for the full-time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) post in accordance with the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance & Operations) Act, 2023 and C-Level Appointment Guidelines 2024.

| Minimum Qualifications | At least a Master’s degree (16 years) or equivalent in Urban & Regional Planning, Architecture, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. Foreign credentials will be given additional weight. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years relevant professional experience with substantial senior management experience. Demonstrated track record in large-scale project management, construction/infrastructure development, applying emerging technologies to transform businesses, and managing multiple teams. Preference to candidates who have served as CEO/MD of public sector entities/corporations. |
| Age Limit | Must not have attained the age of 50 years on the closing date of application. |
| Contract & Tenure | Initial contract for three (03) years with annual performance evaluations against Board-approved KPIs; may be extended up to two (02) additional years subject to satisfactory performance and competent authority approval under the SOE Act, 2023. |
| Mandatory Requirements | Professional registration (where applicable); recent passport-size photographs; NOC for government employees; experience certificates specifying designation, duration and nature of employment; compliance with Fit & Proper Criteria (Schedule III of the SOE Act & C-Level Guidelines). A stamped declaration (Rs.100 or above) duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming no criminal conviction is required. |

Civil servants must attach pre-requisite NOC from parent Ministry/Department/Cadre Administration. |
