PHA Foundation (State‑Owned Enterprise, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan) invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead affordable housing and urban development projects.

| Minimum Qualification | At least Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years) in Urban Planning, Architecture, Development Studies, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC‑recognized university/degree‑awarding institute. Foreign qualifications must include HEC equivalence. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial senior management experience; experience in project management, construction sector, infrastructure development or equivalent fields. Preference to candidates with CEO/MD experience in public sector entities/corporations. |
| Age Limit | Must not have attained age of 50 years as at closing date of application. |
| Tenure & Terms | Initial contract for three (03) years with annual performance evaluation; board may extend up to two (02) additional years based on performance and concurrence of competent authority under the SOE Act, 2023. Market‑competitive remuneration. |
| Application Method | Apply online through the National Job Portal (NJP) at www.njp.gov.pk within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. |
| Documents Required | Online application via NJP plus submission of CV, CNIC, attested educational degrees, experience certificates, HEC equivalence (if applicable), professional registration (where applicable), recent photographs, NOC for government employees and employer consent where required. Three copies of submissions will be required from shortlisted candidates at interview. |
