EOI: Pre-Qualification of Civil Contractors for PCSIR BCH Society Commercial & Club Building, Lahore

PCSIR Employees Cooperative Housing Society Ltd, Lahore invites Expressions of Interest from reputed and experienced civil contractors/development firms for the development of a Commercial Corporate & Club Building on a 09 Kanal 02 Marla plot at PCSIR BCH Society Phase-I, Main Canal Road, Lahore, on a Built & Transfer (BT) basis. The multi-storey scheme includes a basement for parking and ground, first, second and third floors; the Society will retain specified floors while remaining floors will be sold by the successful developer under mutually agreed terms.

Pre-qualification documents are available from the Society's Head Office from 2025-08-02 (10:00 AM–4:00 PM) on submission of a written request and a non-refundable fee of Rs.5,000. Submission of pre-qualification documents is on 2026-08-19 at 12:00 Noon (opening 19-08-2026 at 2:00 PM). A two-stage competitive bidding process will follow; pre-qualified firms will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals on 2026-09-07 (1:00 PM, opening 3:00 PM).
