Tender for Daily Supply of Standard Ration for Darul Aman Mansehra (Year 27-2026)

The Department of Social Welfare, Special Education & Women Empowerment, District Mansehra invites sealed bids from registered firms for the daily supply of standard rations for Darul Aman Mansehra for the year 27-2026. Bidders must be registered with a federal or provincial registration authority, registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income and sales tax, and registered with the Halal Food Authority. A call deposit/demand draft equal to 5% of the annual contract value, but not less than Rs. 500,000, payable to "District Officer Social Welfare Mansehra" must accompany the bid. All bids must be submitted via the EPDs portal.

Tenders will be opened on 2026-08-18 (Tuesday) at 13:30 in the office of the District Officer Social Welfare Mansehra in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Tender documents are available from the District Office during office hours or via the EPDs portal. Government taxes will apply and the competent committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with reasons communicated in writing.
