IESCO Request for Bids — Reconstruction of Fallen/Tilted Boundary & RCC Retaining Wall (NCB-256)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) — IESCO-PMU.

Purpose: Request for sealed bids for civil works for reconstruction of fallen/tilted boundary wall and RCC retaining wall at IESCO Regional Store (New Ward) under Repair & Maintenance head. Estimated cost: Rs. 7,672,030 (including PST).

Procurement Method: Single Stage – One Envelope procedure to be adopted. Bidders must comply with the Authority’s rules, procurement guidelines and submission instructions in the bidding documents.

Bid Security: Bids must be accompanied by bid security in an acceptable form (Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft) as required in the bidding documents.

Submission & Documents: Bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available as per the authority’s procurement procedure. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and accompanied by required documents and bid security. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
