Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (DEMP). Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) from national reputable television channels, production houses and drama producers for the development and production of a historical television drama series based on the life, legacy, political struggle and vision of Muhammad Ali Jinnah (Quaid-e-Azam) and Allama Dr. Muhammad Iqbal. The initiative marks the 150th birth anniversaries of the two leaders.
